I had to come and say a public thank you for the excellent service you provided to me.

My wife gave me a christmas wish list of items and pointed me in the direction of your website and to be honest I was totally lost and baffled! However, all it took was one quick call and I was not only able to find everything my wife wanted I was also advised on what items worked together so I will also be able to surprise my wife with some extras too. (For reference: I spoke to Karen).

Not only was the personal phone service excellent, the order arrived next day and was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and a bow. That saves me a job!

I have ordered all my Christmas presents online this year and without doubt, the service you provided has been beyond excellent and the best by far. The personal touches go a long way in customer satisfaction and makes me realise that the big online companies could learn a few things.
