All product images, descriptive matter, size specifications contained in this site are issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods available.

USING THE STORE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our items and click "Buy Now" on any items that you wish to purchase to put them into your shopping cart. If you want more than 1 of any item, you can change the quantities (or remove the item entirely) from your shopping cart screen. All the way through your shopping experience, you will be able to see the shipping cost as you add items to your cart.

After you have finished shopping, click on "Cart Contents" at the top of the screen and click the "Checkout" button.

If you are a returning customer, you can logon with your account details. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to create an account with your name and address details so we can ship you your order. Once you have created your account, you can check the status of any orders by logging on and clicking "View Order History" under "My Account"

MINIMUM ORDERS
Our minimum order value is £5.50.

PAYMENT
We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Cheque or Postal Order.

If you elect to pay by cheque, please allow 5 working days for processing and clearance from the date of receipt of your cheque. Goods will be shipped once the cheque has cleared in our bank. Cheques returned to us unpaid will be subject to a £10 fee (charged levied by bank)

Please include the following details in with your cheque:

• Order number (or copy of order printed)
• Your Name, Address and Telephone Number. (On back of cheque)
• Your email address.
• Your cheque card number (on back of cheque)

If you enter your card details into our website, your card will only be charged when your order is shipped. If you use PayPal to process your card, PayPal will take the payment directly from your card on the same day your order is placed.

Both Credit/Debit Card processing methods we offer are the securest methods currently available for ecommerce (internet shopping). We care about your security.

If your payment is not honoured we reserve the right to instigate legal action to recover all monies owed and expenses incurred.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of appearing on the website but we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

All orders are despatched usually within 24-72 hours, but during busy periods this time can not be guaranteed. Our Full Delivery and Returns conditions can be found HERE

All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order some of the products you have ordered are not available we will determine if it is necessary to inform you as soon as possible. We will refund you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods should they be unavailable.

We will not place out of stock items on back order. In the event that any item you order is out of stock we will refund the cost of the item. Your invoice will show details of items out of stock and monies refunded.

COUNTRY TAX / VAT
We are not a VAT registered company, and therefore our prices are not inclusive of UK Value Added Tax, this means we cannot provide VAT receipts, nor deduct VAT for non-UK countries.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
While we do not want to get into a morass of legal definitions, here are a few points you should understand and agree to before ordering.

Nothing in this online store should be construed as a legal contract or agreement. Simply stated, you are saying "I would like to buy these things if possible". We are saying "We would probably like to sell them to you." However, the following factors could negatively impact such a transaction taking place"

• Although our online store shows real-time stock availability, sometimes one or more items could unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. If part of your order depends upon the availability of one or more other items, please let us know.
• We could have technical difficulties receiving or processing your order. Therefore, please ensure that we have correct contact information in case we need to get in touch. If we cannot contact you in such circumstances, your order will be cancelled.
• Your payment might not be honoured. We reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.
• To err is human and that means we could make a mistake! Please contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to rectify any such mistakes before cancelling cheques or credit card payments.
